William R. Holmberg DDS

What started out with a desire to become anesthesiologist turned into a passion for helping people transform their tooth troubles into lasting smiles. Dr. Holmberg had the opportunity to watch a root canal, while on a service mission in Mexico. He witnessed an archaic practice of dentistry compared to the modern science of dental work that we experience in the United States. This experience provided the spark of interest, watching someone in extreme pain, come out of a treatment ready to face the world with a smile.

In addition, Dr. Holmberg has seen first hand the devastating side effects from poor dental care. He watched his parent's deal with unnecessary tooth pain after decades of neglect and inadequate dental care during their childhood. For him, dental care is a means for improving the quality of life.

Dr. William Holmberg studied dentistry at the school of Dentistry in Wisconsin. Graduating with honors, he returned to his hometown to practice general dentistry. ?

Dr. Holmberg explains his purpose behind his practice. "The whole modern dentistry excites me. There have been so many changes, even the past five years, so much more painless, simplified, fast, more comfortable for the guest. To take someone who is in pain and do something to elevate that is incredible. To change someone's self confidence by giving them a new smile."

Janae Wilken

Registered Dental Hygienist

Janae brings over 20 years of dental hygiene experience to our team. She enjoys helping others with their hygiene needs and would choose to be a dental hygienist all over again. She received her degree from Bergen College in New Jersey. She comes from a large close family and is the proud mother of her son, Christian. In her spare time Janae enjoys anything to do with home, family, church and friends. She loves to read and cook, not bake. She is always planning and preparing for some kind of themed party or adventure with family and friends. Janae loves learning about the new discoveries and technology available in the dental world. She looks forward to sharing this knowledge with others for many years to come.

Jacque Johnson

Office Manager

Jacque was born and raised in Salt Lake City. After graduating from LDS Business College with an Associates Degree in Interior Design, she continued on to the University of Utah where she graduated with a Bachelor or Arts Degree in communications. Jacque is an Interior Designer, and had a position where she managed marketing and advertising. She also brings knowledge to Elevated Dental from being a dental assistant. Jacque is the youngest of six and has a deep love for her family, especially her nieces and nephews who are always melting her heart. You can often find Jacque chasing the sun to the beach or exploring through her many travels. She loves to craft, shop, and is an accomplished violin and piano player.

Kathy Holmberg

Insurance Specialist

Kathy is a native of Utah, a wife of 37 years and a mother to one adult child. She is very service oriented and happy to be here to spread smiles to clients that enjoy smiling back. Also, enjoys interacting with patients and team members alike. Most of her work life was in pharmacy and she continues to hold a current Pharmacy Tech license though no longer works in that field. Kathy has a warm and inviting attitude and can make anybody smile. She enjoys welcoming clients in our office and watching the improvements in each person's life by making their self-confidence & smiles better. Her pastimes are reading, helping others, spending times at her cabin with her family, she is a talented craft person, but would never admit it.
